RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We are constantly trying to provide our customers with comfortable, stylish activewear. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we would love to find the right solution for you. We offer free pre-paid return postage for all orders within the UK

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. 

  • They must be unworn and in their original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder) 

Athletic Origin reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer.

 

RETURNS 

We are happy to offer a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Once you receive your item(s), you can return them within 30 days. This resolution applies if;

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Please click here to use our return portal which will guide you through the return process. Here you will be able to apply for a refund, store credit and also exchange items. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal. 

 

EXCHANGES 

We are happy to exchange your item if it is the wrong size or you would prefer a different colour. Please use our return portal to complete the exchange form and specify which item you wish to exchange. 

Please note, we can only exchange the same item in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, please follow our return procedure and re-order the item that you would like to purchase. If we cannot fulfil your exchange request due to stock, you will be refunded for the item you returned to us.

 

STORE CREDIT 

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer store credit if the item(s) are returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item. Store credit will be valid for 12 months . 

  

RETURNS WITHIN THE UK

If you have placed an order with us from within the UK, we offer free, pre-paid returns. Simply fill out the returns form using our returns portal. You will then receive an email with your pre-paid returns label which you can download and print. Follow the rest of the instructions outlined in the email to complete your return. 

 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

If you have placed an order with us from outside the UK, you are responsible for returning your package to us.  Please return your package to the following address:

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when sending your package to make sure that your package is delivered correctly.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • We endeavour to process returns within 48 hours of receiving them. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take take up to 7 working days to appear in your account. 
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account that was used to make the purchase.
